Eligibility

Who can apply

Any candidate who has passed the 10th Standard / SSLC / AISSE of Karnataka State, or any other examination recognised as equivalent, is eligible for admission to the Pre-University Course.

Rules for admission
  • All admissions are provisional and subject to approval by the Pre-University Board, Bengaluru.
  • Admission is based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
  • Admissions are made on the condition that students abide by the rules and regulations of the college.
  • Admissions are made year to year: students must get admitted to 2nd PU at the start of the next academic year to continue.
  • Promotion to the next class requires the required attendance, academic progress and good conduct.
  • The Principal reserves the right of admission.
Procedure

How to apply

The online (e-enrollment) form pre-registers a seat; it must be followed by a hard copy at the college to be considered for admission.

    Call or email the college office to learn about seats, combinations and fees.

    Apply

    Fill in the application (e-enrollment) form, then submit a hard copy at the college for it to be considered for admission.

    Verify documents

    Bring the documents listed below. After verification, the college tells you how to reserve your seat.

    Confirm

    Admission is complete once the documents are produced and the fee is paid at the college.

Checklist

Documents required

  3. 03Attested copy of the SSLC or equivalent marks card at admission; the original SSLC marks card to be produced in due course
  4. 04Six recent passport-size colour photographs
  5. 05Photocopies of the income / caste certificate attested by a Gazetted Officer, if applicable (originals to be produced at admission)
  6. 06Photocopy of the Aadhaar card
  7. 07Copy of the student's bank passbook
  8. 08Certified documents for students with physical disabilities
  9. 09Students from other states: a Migration Certificate from the PU Board
Please note
  • A parent (or guardian, if parents are not alive) must accompany the student at the time of admission.
  • Fees once paid, including the registration fee, are not refunded.
  • Students with undesirable antecedents or improper conduct will not be admitted to the next class.
  • Admission formalities are complete only after the necessary documents are produced and the fee is paid at the college.
